Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- oil - 1/2 c
- vinegar - 3/4 c
- dry mustard - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- can tomato soup - 1 item
- sliced onion - 1 item
- green pepper, sliced - 1 item
- carrots, cooked and sliced - 5 c
How to make sweet and sour carrots:
Mix last 7 ingredients and bring to a boil. Add onion and green pepper. Pour over carrots. Marinate overnight.Recipe categories: Side dish, Vegetables, Carrots.
