Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 1 c
  • oil - 1/2 c
  • vinegar - 3/4 c
  • dry mustard - 1 tsp
  • pepper - 1 tsp
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
  • can tomato soup - 1 item
  • sliced onion - 1 item
  • green pepper, sliced - 1 item
  • carrots, cooked and sliced - 5 c

How to make sweet and sour carrots:

Mix last 7 ingredients and bring to a boil. Add onion and green pepper. Pour over carrots. Marinate overnight.
