Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/3 c
- pkg - 1 oz
- salad oil - 3/4 c
- 8 oz
- green onions, sliced - 1/2 c
- slivered almonds, toasted - 1 c
- white vinegar - 1/3 c
- sunflower seeds, shelled - 1/2 c
How to make coleslaw crunch salad:
Dressing: In medium bowl, whisk together the oil, sugar, vinegar and the seasoning packets from the Ramen noodles. Set aside.In an extra large bowl, combine the dry Ramen noodles, coleslaw, almonds, onions and sunflower seeds. Drizzle dressing over the cabbage mixture. Toss to coat. Makes 8 side-dish servings.
Pat uses 1/3 cup oil, 1/2 cup sugar, 1 package Ramen noodles, 1/2 cup almonds and 1 cup onions.
