Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- oil - 1/2 c
- vinegar - 3/4 c
- dry mustard - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- medium onion - 1 item
- can tomato soup - 10 oz
- green pepper - 1 item
- 1/2 inch carrot chunks - 5 c
How to make marinated carrots:
Boil carrot chunks for 5 minutes only, they need to be crisp. Cut up onion and green pepper into very small pieces. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and marinate in refrigerator overnight.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, Vegetables, Carrots.
