  • pkg - 2 lb
  • sour cream - 1 pt
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • chopped onion - 1/2 c
  • can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
  • grated cheese - 2 c
  • crushed corn flakes - 2 c
  • melted oleo

How to make hash brown potato casserole:

Defrost potatoes and mix all ingredients togethe reserving 1/4 c. oleo and corn flakes. Put in greased casserole dish and bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Top with crushed corn flakes and 1/4 c. oleo.
