Rice pilaf



  • butter - 4 Tbsp
  • small chopped onion - 1 item
  • can French onion soup - 1 item
  • boiled water - 2 bouillon
  • long cooking rice - 1 c
  • can mushrooms pieces and stems - 1 oz

How to make rice pilaf:

Melt butter and saute onions until yellow. Combine rest of ingredients in a greased 1 3/4 quart casserole dish. Pour butter and onions on top. Bake 1 hour at 350°.
