Ingredients/Components
- baking potatoes - 8 item
- diced onions - 1/2 c
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- cubed cheddar cheese - 1 lb
- bacon cooked crispy - 1/2 lb
How to make cheese potatoes:
Boil potatoes in a large pot with skin on. Let cool, peel, and cube potatoes. Mix potatoes with onions, cheese, and mayonnaise. Pour into a 9 1/2 x 13 inch casserole dish. Sprinkle cooked bacon on top and bake 1 hour in a 325° oven.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
