Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 24 oz
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- egg, slightly beaten - 1 item
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- grated cheese - 1 c
- stick oleo - 1/2 item
- Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix - 1/2 pkg
How to make broccoli casserole:
Mix first five ingredients in 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Melt 1/2 stick oleo in pan. Add 1/2 package Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix. Top casserole with cheese and crumbs. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. After time is up, I crush about 1 cup of fried onion rings on top and bake another 5 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Casseroles, Broccoli.
