Sweet potato souffle
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 1/4 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 1/3 c
- brown sugar - 1/2 c
- butter - 1/2 c
- melted butter - 1/2 c
- white sugar - 1/2 c
- Topping:1 c
- cooked, mashed sweet potatoes 1 medium potato to a cup - 3 c
How to make sweet potato souffle:
Mix and place in baking dish.Topping:1 c. chopped pecans1/2 c. brown sugar1/3 c. flour1/2 c. butter Mix well and spread and/or sprinkle over potatoes. Bake for 30 minutes at 350°.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
