Marinated carrots
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- vinegar - 3/4 c
- Crisco oil - 1/2 c
- dry mustard - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- can tomato soup - 1 item
- sliced onion - 1 item
- small green pepper, chopped - 1 item
- sliced cooked carrots - 5 c
How to make marinated carrots:
Mix onions, pepper and carrots. Mix all other ingredients together and pour over carrots. Refrigerate overnight. Drain before serving.Note: Make with raw carrots for a crunchy taste.
