Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- medium onion, diced - 1 item
- melted oleo - 1/4 c
- can cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- seasoned stuffing - 1/2 c
- stuffing
- grated squash zucchini - 2 c
How to make squash casserole:
Topping:1/3 c. stuffing1/4 c. melted oleo Using cold water, boil squash and onion for 5 minutes and drain. Add sour cream and soup. Mix well. Add 1/2 cup seasoned stuffing. Put in ungreased baking dish. Sprinkle 1/3 cup stuffing on top. Dribble 1/4 cup melted oleo over top of crumbs. Bake 30 minutes in a 350° oven.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
