Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 pt
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- crushed corn flakes - 1 c
- tsp salt - 1 item
- grated cheddar cheese - 1/2 c
- melted oleo - 1/2 c
- pinch of pepper - 1 item
- frozen hash browns - 2 lb
How to make potato casserole:
Put hash brown and melted oleo in 9x13 pan. In a bowl, mix together sour cream, cream of chicken soup, grated cheddar cheese, salt, and pepper. Combine this mixture with the potatoes. Mix together corn flakes and melted oleo. Place on top of potatoes. Bake 1 hour at 350°.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Casseroles.
