Ingredients/Components
- cooked rice - 2 c
- sliced onion - 1 item
- buttered bread crumbs - 1 item
- cooked yellow squash - 4 c
- ground chuck, cooked and drained - 1 lb
- salt and pepper as you like - 1 item
How to make squash casserole:
Layer squash, meat, onion and rice in casserole dish. Dot with margarine. Cover with buttered bread crumbs and bake at 350° for 35 minutes.Ground turkey, cooked and drained works well, too.
