Ingredients/Components
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- grated cheese - 1 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- cooked squash - 2 c
- Ritz cracker crumbs - 1 c
- strips cooked bacon - 3 item
How to make squash casserole:
Mix squash, eggs, half of crumbs, half of cheese, salt and pepper. Place in 1 quart baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining crumbs and cheese. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
