Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- grated carrots - 1 c
- melted butter - 1/2 c
- chopped onion - 1/4 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- cooked squash - 2 lb
- box stuffing mix - 1 oz
How to make squash casserole:
Combine squash, onion, soup and sour cream. Combine stuffing and melted butter. Sprinkle 1/2 on bottom of dish. Spoon squash mixture over, then spoon remaining stuffing mix on top. Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
