Ingredients/Components
- stick margarine - 1 item
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
- small carton sour cream - 1 item
- yellow squash - 2 lb
- grated carrots optional - 1 item
- pimientos optional - 1 item
How to make squash casserole:
Cook well and drain the squash, onion and carrots. Mix 1 can cream of chicken soup with sour cream and pimientos. Mix stuffing mix with stick of melted margarine (may use more margarine). Press half of stuffing to the bottom and sides of casserole dish. Add squash mixture. Put remaining half of stuffing on top.
