Ingredients/Components
- butter - 1 Tbsp
- egg - 1 item
- pecans - 1/2 c
- grated cheese - 1/2 c
- mayonnaise - 1/4 c
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- Topping:1/4 c
- medium squash, boiled and mashed - 6 item
How to make squash casserole:
Mix ingredients and put in casserole dish.Topping:1/4 c. crushed Ritz crackers1/2 c. pecans2 Tbsp. butter Stir in skillet for a few minutes. Sprinkle on top and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
