- shredded carrot - 1 item
- stick melted butter - 1 item
- squash 3 cans, drained - 4 c
- medium shredded onion - 1 item
- shredded mild Cheddar cheese - 2 c
- Pepperidge Farm cornbread stuffing mix - 1 pkg
How to make squash casserole:
Mix squash, carrots, onion, sour cream and cheese. Add stuffing mix to butter. Grease dish with butter. Spread small amount of stuffing mixture on bottom of dish. Pour squash into dish and top with remaining stuffing mixture. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
