Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/4 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- stick margarine, melted - 3/4 item
- French fried onions - 1 item
- squash, cooked and mashed
- pepper black - 1/4 tsp
- about 14 Ritz crackers
How to make squash casserole:
Mix squash, soup, milk, onion, pepper and salt with 7 Ritz crackers, crumbled. Put in casserole. Top with another 7 crackers. Drizzle margarine over this and cover with French fried onions. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
