Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1/2 pt
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- melted butter - 1/4 c
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- crushed corn flakes
- black pepper - 1/4 tsp
- stick melted butter or margarine - 1/2 item
- thawed frozen hash brown potatoes - 1 lb
How to make hash brown potato casserole:
Topping:1 c. crushed corn flakes1/4 c. melted butter Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Pour into greased casserole dish. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes. Then top with corn flakes and melted butter.Topping: Mix and sprinkle on top of casserole. Put back in oven for 10 minutes.
