Ingredients/Components
- eggs, beaten - 4 item
- melted butter - 3/4 c
- garlic powder - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1 tsp
- Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- large onion, chopped - 1 item
- herb stuffing mix - 2 c
- frozen spinach, thawed, drained and squeezed - 2 pkg
How to make spinach balls:
Mix all ingredients. Roll into small balls. Bake at 350° for 10 to 15 minutes on an ungreased cookie sheet. May be frozen until ready to bake.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Appetizers, Cheese.
