Tuna melts
Ingredients/Components
- lime juice - 2 tsp
- Dijon mustard - 2 Tbsp
- chopped celery - 1/3 c
- 2 oz - 1/2 c
- black pepper - 1/2 tsp
- light mayonnaise - 3 Tbsp
- slices tomato - 8 item
- can solid white tuna, drained - 1 oz
- English muffins, toasted and split - 4 item
How to make tuna melts:
Preheat broiler. Combine first 6 ingredients. Spread 3 tablespoons tuna mixture onto each muffin half. Top each with 1 tomato slice and 1 tablespoon cheese. Broil 5 minutes or until cheese melts. Makes 4 servings.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Tuna, Saltwater fish.
