Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 4 item
- pkg - 2 oz
- melted margarine - 3/4 c
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- garlic salt - 1/2 tsp
- Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix - 2 c
- small chopped onion - 1/2 item
- grated sharp Cheddar cheese - 1 c
How to make spinach balls:
Slightly beat eggs. Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. Shape into balls the size of walnuts. Refrigerate 30 minutes before baking. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Can be frozen after baking. Yield: 4 dozen.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Appetizers, Cheese.
