Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 2 oz
- large eggs - 6 item
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- olive oil - 1 2
- garlic - 1 tsp
- small onion, grated - 1 item
- Feta cheese, crumbled - 8 oz
- stick butter, softened - 1 item
- herb-seasoned stuffing - 2 c
How to make spinach balls:
Preheat oven to 350°. Thaw spinach and drain, pressing to remove excess liquid. Combine spinach and remaining ingredients in large bowl. Roll mixture by tablespoons into 1-inch balls. Place balls on a lightly greased baking pan and bake 20 minutes or until golden brown. Unbaked spinach balls may be stored in the freezer.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Appetizers, Cheese.
