Spinach balls
Ingredients/Components
- eggs, beaten - 6 item
- melted butter - 3/4 c
- garlic salt - 1 tsp
- black pepper
- thyme - 2/3 tsp
- onions, chopped fine - 2 item
- MSG - 1 Tbsp
- grated parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- boxes frozen chopped spinach - 2 item
- herb bread stuffing mix - 2 c
How to make spinach balls:
Cook and drain spinach (squeeze out water). Mix in other ingredients. Make into balls (may be frozen - then bagged and taken out and baked as desired. Thaw 1 hour before baking). Bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Makes approximately 70 balls.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Appetizers, Cheese.
