Ingredients/Components
- eggs, beaten - 4 item
- melted butter - 3/4 c
- garlic powder - 1/8 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- grated cheese - 1/2 c
- bread crumbs - 2 c
- frozen spinach - 2 pkg
- large onion, chopped - 1 item
- thyme - 1/2 tsp
How to make spinach balls:
Cook and drain spinach well. Mix with crumbs, cheese, onion and spices. Add eggs and butter. Mix and form into balls. Freeze on a cookie sheet, then bag. Bake, frozen, at 375° for 15 minutes.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Appetizers, Cheese.
