Candied pecans
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- water - 1/2 c
How to make candied pecans:
Boil all the ingredients until it forms a soft ball in water. Add 2 1/2 cups of pecans and 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla. Stir until pecans are coated. Spread on greased cookie sheet and cool. Break apart when cool.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Fruit, Nuts.
