Ingredients/Components
- ground beef - 1 lb
- Accent - 1 tsp
- chopped onion - 1 Tbsp
- soft bread crumbs - 1/2 c
- salt - 3/4 tsp
- mustard - 3 Tbsp
- milk - 1/4 c
- vinegar - 2 Tbsp
- black pepper - 1 Tbsp
- thyme - 1/4 tsp
- molasses - 2 Tbsp
- ketchup - 1/4 c
How to make party meatballs:
Add Accent, salt and onion to meat. Mash bread crumbs in milk and add to meat. Form into balls and roll in flour; fry in butter and set aside. Pour off any fat in pan.Combine remaining ingredients in pan and combine until smooth. Simmer 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add meat balls.
