- salt - 1 tsp
- brown sugar - 2 c
- margarine - 1 c
- Karo light - 1/2 c
- unsalted popcorn - 7 10
How to make crispy caramel corn:
Boil 5 minutes. Remove from heat; add 1 teaspoon vanilla and 1/2 teaspoon baking soda. Pour over popcorn; mix well. Bake, covered, in roaster 1 hour at 250°. Stir occasionally.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Snacks, North american.
