Ingredients/Components
- bunches carrots - 2 item
- sugar - 3/4 c
- Wesson oil - 1/2 c
- bell pepper, chopped - 1 item
- can tomato soup - 1 item
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- mustard - 1 Tbsp
How to make marinated carrots:
Cook carrots until tender. Drain. Mix in separate bowl the remaining ingredients. Mix and pour over carrots. Let set for 24 hours before serving.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, Vegetables, Carrots.
