Ingredients/Components
- carrots, cooked - 2 lb
- Marinade Sauce:1 large onion
- large bell pepper - 1 item
- can tomato soup - 1 item
- sugar - 1 c
- oil - 1/2 c
- vinegar - 3/4 c
- mustard - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 4 Tbsp
How to make marinated carrots:
Marinade Sauce:1 large onion1 large bell pepper1 can tomato soup1 c. sugar1/2 c. oil3/4 c. vinegar1 tsp. mustard1 tsp. pepper4 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce Boil all marinade sauce ingredients and pour over carrots. Serve while warm. Delicious!Recipe categories: < 60 mins, Vegetables, Carrots.
