Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 3 item
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 1 c
- oil - 1/3 c
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- boiling water - 1 c
How to make cream puffs:
Heat water and oil in saucepan to a rolling boil. Add flour sifted with salt all at once and stir vigorously. As soon as mixed remove from heat. Cool and mix in unbeaten eggs, one at a time. Add baking powder and mix. Place large spoonfuls on greased pan. Bake at 400° for 30 to 40 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, < 60 mins, 5 ingredients or less.
