  • eggs - 3 item
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • flour - 1 c
  • oil - 1/3 c
  • baking powder - 2 tsp
  • boiling water - 1 c

How to make cream puffs:

Heat water and oil in saucepan to a rolling boil. Add flour sifted with salt all at once and stir vigorously. As soon as mixed remove from heat. Cool and mix in unbeaten eggs, one at a time. Add baking powder and mix. Place large spoonfuls on greased pan. Bake at 400° for 30 to 40 minutes.
