- eggs, beaten - 4 item
- granulated sugar - 1 c
- milk
- vanilla extract - 1 tsp
- butter, melted - 1/2 c
- loaf Sun-Maid raisin bread - 1 item
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- flaked coconut - 1 c
- whipped topping - 1 item
How to make granny's bread pudding:
Preheat oven to 350°. Mix eggs, 1 cup sugar, milk, vanilla and butter in a large bowl. Tear bread into small pieces and spread in the bottom of a 9 x 12-inch baking dish. Sprinkle nuts and coconut over bread. Pour egg mixture over this and let set for 5 minutes for bread to absorb moisture. Sprinkle top with the cinnamon and sugar.
