Spinach quiche
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 lb
- eggs - 2 item
- whipping cream - 1/2 pt
- dash of Worcestershire sauce - 1 item
- salt - 1 tsp
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- tarragon optional - 1/2 tsp
- parsley flakes - 1 tsp
- shredded sharp Cheddar cheese other shredded cheese can be used
- 9-inch pie crust - 1 item
How to make spinach quiche:
Thaw spinach in medium bowl. Add eggs, whipping cream, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, tarragon and parsley flakes. Beat slightly. Place crust in a 9-inch pie plate or pan. Place spinach along the bottom. Sprinkle cheese on top of spinach. Pour egg mixture over spinach and cheese. Bake at 400° for 20 to 25 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, Vegetables, Vegetarian.
