Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- vinegar - 3/4 c
- cooking oil - 1/2 c
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- prepared mustard - 1 tsp
- can tomato soup - 1 item
- small green pepper - 1 item
- black pepper - 1 tsp
- sliced carrots - 5 c
- medium sweet onion purple - 1 item
How to make marinated carrots:
Scrape carrots and slice; boil until tender. Drain. Chop onions, pepper and celery. Combine with carrots and other ingredients. Chill 24 hours. Serve cold. Will keep in refrigerator for several days.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, Vegetables, Carrots.
