Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 2 c
- nutmeg - 1 tsp
- pinch of salt - 1 item
- large eggs - 4 item
How to make egg custard pie:
Combine all ingredients. Beat well. Strain into a frozen pie shell. Bake at 400° for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350° and bake 15 minutes longer or until a knife inserted comes out clean.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pies and tarts, < 60 mins.
