Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 1/2 c
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • milk - 2 c
  • nutmeg - 1 tsp
  • pinch of salt - 1 item
  • large eggs - 4 item

How to make egg custard pie:

Combine all ingredients. Beat well. Strain into a frozen pie shell. Bake at 400° for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350° and bake 15 minutes longer or until a knife inserted comes out clean.
