Spinach torte
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 3 item
- pkg - 2 oz
- milk - 1 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 1 Tbsp
- butter - 3 Tbsp
- seedless raisins - 2 Tbsp
- Parmesan cheese - 2 Tbsp
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- minced onion - 1 tsp
- dry bread crumbs - 1 Tbsp
- Season-All - 1/4 tsp
How to make spinach torte:
Cook spinach as directed on package and drain. To prepare the white sauce, melt the butter in a pan with the flour and half of the salt. Add milk; stir and cook 1 minute. Remove from heat and let the mixture slightly cool. Break and add the eggs to the sauce. Beat with a fork lightly, then add the cheese, onion, Season All, pepper, raisins, spinach and then the remaining salt. Mix thoroughly.Pour in greased 1 1/2-quart Pyrex dish. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and dot with pieces of butter. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes. Serve warm.
