- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- chopped onions - 1/2 c
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- crushed corn flakes - 2 c
How to make hash brown potato casserole:
Preparation: 15 minutes. Cooking Time: 50 minutes. Temperature: 350°.Combine hash browns, 1/2 cup butter, onions, soup, sour cream and cheese. Stir well. Spoon into greased 2 1/2-quart dish. Add 1/4 cup melted butter to corn flakes and sprinkle on top of potato mixture. Bake at 350° for 50 minutes. Serves 10 to 12.
