Ingredients/Components

  • sour cream - 1 pt
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • melted butter - 3/4 c
  • pepper - 1 tsp
  • can cream of chicken soup - 1 1/2
  • chopped onions - 1/2 c
  • grated Cheddar cheese - 2 c
  • crushed corn flakes - 2 c
  • bag frozen hash browns Southern style - 1 (32

How to make potato casserole:

Mix together hash browns, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, cheese, onions, salt, pepper and 1/2 cup melted butter. Spread mixture into 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish. Combine the remaining melted butter and crushed corn flakes and top mixture evenly. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
