- melted butter - 3/4 c
- pepper - 1 tsp
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 1/2
- chopped onions - 1/2 c
- grated Cheddar cheese - 2 c
- crushed corn flakes - 2 c
- bag frozen hash browns Southern style - 1 (32
How to make potato casserole:
Mix together hash browns, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, cheese, onions, salt, pepper and 1/2 cup melted butter. Spread mixture into 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish. Combine the remaining melted butter and crushed corn flakes and top mixture evenly. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Casseroles.
