Ingredients/Components
- brown sugar - 1 c
- catsup - 1 c
- cans whole green beans, drained - 4 item
- to 10 strips bacon - 8 item
- large onion, sliced in rings - 1 item
How to make barbecue beans:
Cooking Time: 3 hours. Temperature: 325°.Line beans in a shallow casserole dish. Cook bacon in skillet until crispy. Remove from skillet and saute onion rings until limp. Tear bacon into pieces. Put bacon and onions over beans. Mix brown sugar and catsup. Pour over beans. Bake at 250° for 3 hours (uncovered).
