Squash casserole
Ingredients/Components
- carton sour cream - 1 oz
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- carrot, grated - 1 item
- stick margarine, melted - 1 item
- squash
- Jiffy corn bread mix - 1 pkg
How to make squash casserole:
Cooking Time: 40 minutes. Temperature: 350°.Cook squash; drain well. While squash is draining, mix all ingredients together, using only 3/4 of cornbread mix. Add squash to mixture. Pour in a greased 9 x 13-inch dish. Top with remaining cornbread mix. Bake, uncovered. Serves 8.
