Ingredients/Components

  • carton sour cream - 1 oz
  • can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
  • onion, chopped - 1 item
  • carrot, grated - 1 item
  • stick margarine, melted - 1 item
  • squash
  • Jiffy corn bread mix - 1 pkg

How to make squash casserole:

Cooking Time: 40 minutes. Temperature: 350°.

Cook squash; drain well. While squash is draining, mix all ingredients together, using only 3/4 of cornbread mix. Add squash to mixture. Pour in a greased 9 x 13-inch dish. Top with remaining cornbread mix. Bake, uncovered. Serves 8.
