Ingredients/Components

  • sour cream - 1 pt
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • melted butter - 1/2 c
  • can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
  • chopped onions - 1/2 c
  • dash of pepper - 1 item
  • grated Cheddar cheese - 10 oz
  • crushed corn flakes - 2 c
  • frozen hash browns - 2 lb

How to make potato casserole:

1. Rub each beet with olive oil for added flavor.

2. Roast beets until fork-tender and outer skin is slightly wrinkled.

3. Peel skin and trim off stem and root ends. Cut each beet into 8 wedges.
