Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 pt
- salt - 1 tsp
- melted butter - 1/2 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- chopped onions - 1/2 c
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- grated Cheddar cheese - 10 oz
- crushed corn flakes - 2 c
- frozen hash browns - 2 lb
How to make potato casserole:
1. Rub each beet with olive oil for added flavor.2. Roast beets until fork-tender and outer skin is slightly wrinkled.
3. Peel skin and trim off stem and root ends. Cut each beet into 8 wedges.
