Ingredients/Components
- butter - 1 Tbsp
- water - 2 c
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- bunch green onions, chopped - 1/2 item
- raw rice - 1 c
- cans cream of mushroom soup - 2 item
- red bell pepper - 1/2 item
- yellow bell pepper - 1/2 item
- block Cheddar cheese, grated - 1 (2
- cans whole grain corn - 3 item
How to make corn casserole:
Saute seasoning in butter. Add rice and water. Cook slowly for 20 minutes. Add corn and soup. Add parsley, salt and pepper to taste. Bake 20 minutes at 325°. Top with grated cheese.Recipe categories: Side dish, Corn, Casseroles.
