Ingredients/Components

  • butter - 1 Tbsp
  • water - 2 c
  • onion, chopped - 1 item
  • bunch green onions, chopped - 1/2 item
  • raw rice - 1 c
  • cans cream of mushroom soup - 2 item
  • red bell pepper - 1/2 item
  • yellow bell pepper - 1/2 item
  • block Cheddar cheese, grated - 1 (2
  • cans whole grain corn - 3 item

How to make corn casserole:

Saute seasoning in butter. Add rice and water. Cook slowly for 20 minutes. Add corn and soup. Add parsley, salt and pepper to taste. Bake 20 minutes at 325°. Top with grated cheese.
