Sliced baked potatoes

- salt - 1 tsp
- melted butter - 2 3
- grated Cheddar cheese - 4 Tbsp
- chopped chives or parsley - 2 3
- medium even potatoes - 4 item
- dried herbs of choice - 2 3
How to make sliced baked potatoes:
Peel potatoes only if skins are tough, otherwise, just scrub and rinse them. Cut potatoes into thin slices, but not all the way through. Put potatoes in baking dish. Fan them slightly. Sprinkle with salt and drizzle with butter. Sprinkle with herbs. Bake potatoes at 425° for about 50 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with cheeses. Bake potatoes for another 10 to 15 minutes until slightly browned, cheeses are melted and potatoes are soft inside. Check with fork.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
