Oven-fried potatoes



Ingredients/Components
- salt - 2 tsp
- vegetable oil - 1/3 c
- paprika - 1 tsp
- garlic powder - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- potatoes, peeled and cubed - 12 medium
- grated Parmesan Cheese - 1/4 c
How to make oven-fried potatoes:
Place potatoes into 2 large resealable plastic bags. Combine the parmesan cheese and seasonings add to potatoes and shake to coat. Pour oil into two 15 x 10 x 1 in baking pan. Pour potatoes into pans. Bake uncovered at 375 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes or until tender. Yields: 12 to 14 servings.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
