Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 pt
- salt - 1 tsp
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- minced onion - 1 Tbsp
- garlic salt to taste - 1 item
- Cheddar cheese, shredded - 8 oz
- 1/2 sticks margarine - 1 item
- frozen hash browns - 2 lb
- cornflakes - 2 c
How to make hash brown casserole:
Partially defrost hash browns. Mix ingredients except 1/2 stick margarine and corn flakes. Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan. Melt remaining margarine and mix with corn flakes and spread on top. Bake, uncovered, in a 350° oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Serves 12.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Side dish, Casseroles.
