Rosemary garlic roasted potatoes
Ingredients/Components
- oil - 3 Tbsp
- large potatoes - 8 item
- chopped garlic - 1 item
- fresh chopped rosemary - 1 item
How to make rosemary garlic roasted potatoes:
Pour the oil in roasting pan. Place in a 400° oven to get hot.Meanwhile, wash well and chop into chunks the potatoes. Dry these very well. Take hot pan carefully from oven; drop dry potatoes into hot oil and stir to coat. Mix in the chopped garlic and some fresh chopped rosemary. Bake on top shelf of oven for 1/2 hour at 400°.
