Potato casserole



Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1/2 pt
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- melted butter - 1 c
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- frozen hash browns - 2 lb
- corn flake crumbs - 1 item
How to make potato casserole:
Butter dish. Place hash browns in buttered dish. Mix sour cream, onion, 3/4 cup butter, salt, pepper, cheese and soup. Pour over hash browns. Sprinkle corn flakes on top and pour 1/4 cup butter on top. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Casseroles.
