Ingredients/Components

  • sticks margarine - 2 item
  • Velveeta cheese - 12 oz
  • medium onion - 1 item
  • frozen hash browns - 2 lb
  • cartons sour cream - 2 oz

How to make potato casserole:

Cooking Time: 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Temperature: 350°.

Saute onion in margarine. Melt cheese and add to onion. Stir in sour cream. Add thawed potatoes; mix well. Bake for approximately 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
