Ingredients/Components
- sticks margarine - 2 item
- Velveeta cheese - 12 oz
- medium onion - 1 item
- frozen hash browns - 2 lb
- cartons sour cream - 2 oz
How to make potato casserole:
Cooking Time: 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Temperature: 350°.Saute onion in margarine. Melt cheese and add to onion. Stir in sour cream. Add thawed potatoes; mix well. Bake for approximately 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
