Ingredients/Components
- stick butter - 1 item
- can water - 1 item
- raw rice
- celery, chopped fine - 3/4 c
- can beef broth - 1 item
- large onions, chopped fine - 2 item
- bell pepper, chopped fine - 3/4 c
- bunch green onions, chopped fine - 1/2 item
- salt and red pepper to taste - 1 item
- pods garlic, chopped fine - 3 item
- can sliced mushrooms large - 1 item
- parsley handful, chopped fine - 1 item
How to make mushroom rice:
Use a 5-quart glass covered dish. Melt butter in dish and stir in all ingredients, adding rice last. Bake at 375° for 50 minutes. Do not lift lid. Let cool 15 minutes before you lift lid. Then stir.Recipe categories: Side dish, Rice, Short Grain rice.
