Ingredients/Components

  • stick butter - 1 item
  • can water - 1 item
  • raw rice
  • celery, chopped fine - 3/4 c
  • can beef broth - 1 item
  • large onions, chopped fine - 2 item
  • bell pepper, chopped fine - 3/4 c
  • bunch green onions, chopped fine - 1/2 item
  • salt and red pepper to taste - 1 item
  • pods garlic, chopped fine - 3 item
  • can sliced mushrooms large - 1 item
  • parsley handful, chopped fine - 1 item

How to make mushroom rice:

Use a 5-quart glass covered dish. Melt butter in dish and stir in all ingredients, adding rice last. Bake at 375° for 50 minutes. Do not lift lid. Let cool 15 minutes before you lift lid. Then stir.
