Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 4 Tbsp
- eggs, beaten - 4 item
- can whole kernel corn, drained - 1 item
- can cream-style corn - 1 item
- plus grated Cheddar cheese - 1 c
How to make corn pudding:
Beat the eggs and mix with the first 5 ingredients. Put in greased casserole. Cover with thick layer of Cheddar cheese. Bake uncovered at 350° for about 1 hour. Serves 8 to 10.Recipe categories: Side dish, Vegetables, Corn.
